To Whom It May Concern,

My mother has been a resident of Senior Paradise Living since January 2000. She is 88 years old and in the moderate stages of Alzheimer's disease. I am extremely pleased with the care she has received and highly recommend this group home.

It takes a special kind of person(s) to care for the mentally and physically challenged. Matt and Margie Raica are, indeed, very special. The Raicas and their staff genuinely care about each of their residents and are very conscientious about their well being. They are also very attuned to each resident's daily routine and nuances. I am kept informed of any changes in my mother's status. All of the staff are eager to do whatever it takes (or I suggest) to make her happy and comfortable. Regardless of the time of day or night I visit, my mother, and the surroundings, is always neat and clean. This must be a monumental feat when half of the residents are incontinent.

Mrs. Raica is an excellent cook and prepares well-balanced meals. My mother has gained 14 lbs. since coming to live at Senior Paradise Living. I am constantly amazed at how well organized and efficient mealtime is coordinated with residents who have various levels of challenges.

Senior Paradise Living has been a lifesaver for me. I could have placed my mother in a group home located 2 miles from my home. I have never regretted placing her 8 miles further in this home.

Sincerely,

Joetta Downs
